Photovoltaic Panels
An array is a group of solar-thermal panels or photovoltaic (PV) modules; the panels can be connected either in parallel or series depending upon the design objective. You can think of each panel as a sort of battery, only they don't store electricity, they only generate it when light hits them. A great many innovations have been introduced since I sold these at my dad's electronics company back in the 70's and 80's. They're more powerful and and more reliable than ever before. I thought I would offer a few of these to our audience as back up power modules and emergency power for power outages and remote sites.
