When your seedlings get too big for the trays but not yet ready to go outside, transplant them into these 4" pots until the time is right! Ours are usually green.

After the seeds have started and have roots you transplant them into small pots or directly into the soil if the weather is good enough when they mature to that point. Coir plugs help prevent dampening off and as well as the mold and mildew problems sometimes associated with soil mediums. Great for city gardeners or anyone with a green thumb and limited space.
