Organic Cailiflower Seed

Cauliflower can be roasted, boiled, fried, steamed or eaten raw. When cooking, the outer leaves and thick stalks are removed, leaving only the florets. The leaves are also edible and can be chopped and used in soups or eaten with butter. Cauliflower is fantastic in a cheese sauce. Low carb dieters can use cauliflower as a reasonable substitute for potatoes because they have a similar texture if cooked properly but they lack the starch of potatoes. Cauliflower is good stuff.
