Bon-Neem - Natural Contact Insecticide / Miticide derived from Neem Oil (Formerly called K+Neem)
This is a unique and environmentally friendly product formulated to provide homeowners with an effective alternative to chemically based insecticides and fungicides. This water based, alcohol free formulation controls a wide range of mites and insect pests and is also effective against powdery mildew disease.
Bon-Neem is the natural choice for vegetables, herbs, trees, shrubs, roses, houseplants and turf.
The manufacturing process begins with "cold pressed neem oil", which is extracted from the seeds of the Indian neem tree. These botanical oils are then put through a proprietary saponification process (it is made into a soap). The end result is a unique insecticidal / fungicidal soap derived entirely from a natural source. The fatty acids that comprise Bon-Neem differ from the fatty acids found in conventional soaps and are much more effective at killing and repelling insects as well as preventing and fungus growth.

This unique fatty acid profile provides Bon-Neem with exceptional insecticidal, miticidal and fungicidal properties!
Bon-Neem is a contact insecticide / miticide derived from Neem Oil. Unlike conventional azadirachtin based neem products, which are insect growth regulators, Bon-Neem kills insects and mites in all stages of instar development. Moreover because the mode of action is mechanical in nature insects and mites do not build up a resistance to it. Bon-Neem is also effective at killing powdery mildew hyphae, colonies and spores. Apply to leaf surface at first appearance of disease and reapply at 7 - 10 day intervals for continued disease control.

Bon-Neem Insecticidal Soap Ready-to-Use is a water-based blend of potassium salts of fatty acids derived from the oil of the Neem tree seeds of India. It contains 1.5 % of these salts, which kill a wide variety of insect pests on contact – gone are aphids, mites, mealybugs, scale, thrips, whitefly, caterpillars, leafhoppers and many others. Bon-Neem Insecticidal Soap Ready-to-Use can be used on indoor and outdoor ornamentals, shrubs, flowers, fruits, nuts and vegetables. It can also be used in greenhouses.
Instructions:
Contact pests with spray when they first appear or as soon as damage is noticed. Spray infested plant surfaces thoroughly, including lower leaf surfaces, to the point of runoff. Re-spray in one week if pests persist. For aphid and mealybug control, re-spray after 2 or 3 days to control high populations. Bon-Neem Insecticidal Soap can be used up to day of harvest on food plants. Cover aquaria before spraying.
If using outdoors, spray in the early morning or evening hours; avoid spraying in full sun. Spray when temperature is below 85°.
What to Avoid Do not spray in the full sun on outdoor plants or greenhouse plants. This is true for anything actually. Plants are under a lot of stress when they're working and don't need anything extra to think about at those times.
Do NOT use Bon-Neem Insecticidal Soap Ready-to-Use on newly transplanted or drought-stressed plants or on Bleeding Heart, Crown of Thorns, Gardenia, Horse Chestnut, Jade Plant, Japanese Maple, Lantana, Mountain Ash or Sweetpeas, or on the tender new growth of conifers. Bon-Neem Insecticidal Soap Ready-to-Use may discolor foliage of spruce or other conifers.
Some plants may be sensitive to Neem fatty acids or may develop sensitivity, particularly in hot climates. Test a few inconspicuous leaves for sensitivity before application to the entire plant. If wilting of leaves or flowers occurs within a few hours, rinse test plants with clean water and do not reapply
