Did You Know?
Most of the time you hear you can only plant lawns in spring and fall. Truth is, that's mostly about water issues. So long as you or some one is there to make sure the soil stays moist after and you mulched the newly planted lawn properly, you can plant a lawn anytime during the growing season.
I did landscaping for over 15 years and we rarely had the option of waiting for ideal conditions so we planted lawns in July, August and whenever the work came in. All of them came out just fine. They just needed water, a ph of about 6.6, fertilizer, good soil and my magic touch of course, which I'm passing along to you through my web sites!
