For retail international orders, you can click on the links of the web site and order at will, or call during regular business hours to place your order. Customer pays all shipping costs, even on products labeled free shipping or shipping included. Those references are for domestic shipping only.

We use the United States Postal Service for international shipping unless specified otherwise by you. The United States Postal Service service can track delivery to the customs agents of the receiving country only. Once it leaves their hands, it is the responsibility of the receiving country to get it to you. We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged once released by the United States Postal Service.

FedEx, UPS and DHL deliver internationaly as well. You can request a shipment by those carriers if you wish, but, be aware that they charge a brokerage fee, in addition to the shipping charges. You will be responsible for this fee. This brokerage fee is set by them and the country you live in and varies from country to country and is assessed by the value of the contents. Although more expensive, using these carriers does provide for better tracking, as they handle the package from here, directly to you.

For wholesale orders, be they single pallets or container freight, customer pays all freight, duties and costs for Certificate of Origin, Sanitary Certificates and/or any other legal and administrative costs associated with the order. All international orders must be paid in full, before we process the order. This includes the freight as well if we are handling the delivery for you.

If you wish to arrange your own pick up and delivery you may. You will be responsible for all ground freight, to and from the port and container freight charges, by sea or air as well as all cost for administration such as Certificate of Origin, Sanitary Certificates, legalization and all costs associated with the delivery.
