The name of this hydroponic kit is adapted from the generic word for these kits-"Ebb and Flo", which just means it fills up the pots and drains down automatically as needed so the liquid ebbs and flows from the pots. This versatile 12-site Ebb & Gro System allows different size and shape configurations to fit gardeners exact growing needs. For easy set-up, the interchangeable two-gallon grow pots connect to the controller unit and the controller unit that controls the timing of the fill and drain cycle connects to the 55-gallon reservoir. The Ebb and Flow System floods and drains planters several times a day. This Ebb and Gro System includes necessary tubing, hyhdroton growing medium and pumps, features a built-in timer. All the components fit into the reservoir for convenient transportation and storage. An optional six-site Ebb & Gro expansion kit is also available just below this cell.

Hydroton is a clay aggregate manufactured exclusively at high-temperature kilns in Germany and is best suited for growing larger plants, like tomatoes, peppers, and even some fruit trees. It holds water extremely well and transmits it effectively to the plant roots. The pellets are uniform in size and have an attractive, natural appearance. Hydroton is a chemically inert medium with a neutral pH, and is reusable, clean and odorless. 50 liter bag. 1 gallon equals 3.785 liters.

The PowerGrower Eco Controller Kit is an eight-chamber system using porous drip rings to efficiently deliver oxygenated nutrient solution to the root zones of plants.
