The Envirocycler Comost Tumbler.
After some searching we finally found what we beleive is a good composter. Thit is not to say that we feel there is no better composter available. What we mean is, for the money you can spend, these compost tumblers are a great value. They live up to the claims of the manufacturer and they don't cost very much compared to other dynamic composters (ones that have moving parts).
These compost tumblers have a collection tank as the base for collecting compost tea. Set the envirocycler up in the air a little on a couple of concrete blocks or suitable strudy stand and you can hook a hose up to the drain plug or drain it directly into a jug, repalcing the cap after you drain it.
Mix the compost "tea" with water at 1 ounce to a gallon to three ounces to a gallon and you have your own compost tea for fertilizing garden pants and house plants. Store the extra in a cool place like a basement or closet and it lasts a long time.

My Recommendations:
*In the colder months, locate the composter in a sunny spot out of the wind for best performance.
**Keep it in a cooler place out of direct sun during the hot months of the year
***If you create large volumes of compost, having two composters is best. When one fills up, you can start another batch and stop putting fresh material in the first one.
