You must have truck access. Trucks can pull up to the front of your house or driveway for residential delivery. You must unload the product yourself. Driver is not required to help you unload. Liftgate delivery is an extra fee. Freight costs to commercial addresses are the best price when a fork lift or loading dock is available.

Screw press technology creates a contiguous log that will not 'accordian' when burned due to the hole down the middle allowing equal expansion and uniform burning along the length of the log unlike the solid logs.

Let me tell you a few things about this product.
This is not the slow burning paraffin logs they sell outside the supermarket. This is real firewood to heat your home. It burns making little smoke and almost zero creosote. If your stove has a glass door, you'll like that.
Because it burns so easily, you'll find you need to dampen down the fire much more than you would with regular cord wood. You get 30% more BTU's per pound with this stuff than regular wood and even greater amounts of heat due to the low moisture content. No heat is wasted drying out the wood yet to burn. (Ever watch the moisture boil out the end of a log in the fire? That's heat being wasted)
